The Inside Sales Representative acts as the communication link between the customer and sales department of one of our industry leading Mercedes-Benz, Audi or Porsche automotive dealerships. This role is responsible for building relationship with customers leading to sales through client follow-up and internet communication driving traffic and client loyalty. Pay Scale Information
The expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc is $50,000 – $142,000 / year. The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 starting the first day of the month after you complete the 30-day Introductory Training Period. Bonuses range from $20,000 to $101,000 per year based on performance. Training pay is $20 / hour paid upon hire date through the successful completion of the Company’s 30-day Introductory Training Period.


  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a call center, retail, inside or customer service is strongly preferred


  • Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
  • Master Power Tracks and use appropriately.
  • Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
