nn nnThe Head of Talent Acquisition will demonstrate recruiting best practices to support our world-class talent acquisition efforts in support of growing the company.nn nnJob Descriptions:nn Lead the recruitment team in building out and executing on our company-wide hiring plan.

Leverage and optimize existing technology (Workable) to automate and streamline recruiting and hiring processes Build and manage an effective, metrics-driven Diversity & Inclusion recruiting platform, including comprehensive Candidate Tracking, Interview Training, and Performance Metrics designed to support global Diversity & Inclusion Talent Acquisition initiatives Track and analyze budget expenditure; control costs, seek efficiencies and measure cost effectiveness of deliverables Partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and implement effective headcount tracking processes Manage the headcount requisition approval process and optimize recruiter bandwidth with appropriate allocation of open requisitions Recruit for Executive Leadership roles and lead consultative recruiting projects Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates Align our hiring practices with our internal talent initiatives, with a strong focus on programs, processes, tools, and training that enable and support our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Conceptualize recruiting dashboards and create the capability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations where possible, using reporting and metrics to drive improvements in recruiting processes.

nn Requirements nn Experience working a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization both within and across geographical markets Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, large, complex organizationProven ability to support/interact with senior-level management Excellent consultative, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills and outstanding attention to detail and results oriented.

Ability to maintain confidential information and work as a team player Minimum 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans: experience in digital advertising agencies Demonstrated ability to consult with managers about talent needs; design and execute recruitment strategies around those needs Drive a diverse candidate slate for open positions utilizing traditional recruiting tools and networks while building a strategy around long-term talent pipelines Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking, and sourcing; to include but not limited to LinkedIn Experience with Workable or equivalent Applicant Tracking Systems
