nnInglesina USA, Inc, American division of the Italian brand of luxury baby strollers and highchairs since 1963, is looking for a very detailed-oriented, highly reliable DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST to join its small but growing team in downtown San Diego (Little Italy).nn nn n nn nnReporting to the CEO, the DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST primary responsibilities include:nn Managing and optimizing Paid Social Advertising campaign strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, traffic and sales Managing the company”s social media accounts Managing Google advertising campaigns Managing Amazon advertising campaigns and listing maintenance/optimization Optimizing key drivers influencing traffic and sales growth and positive ROI (e.g.

Affiliate Marketing, SEM, Display/Retargeting, Shopping Feeds, etc.) Evaluating and optimizing performance of digital marketing efforts on a consistent basis Evaluating site analytics to identify digital marketing opportunities Managing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget Maintaining knowledge of various best practices, tools and metrics to stay ahead of industry trends Ensuring all digital marketing requirements are delivered around all product launches Working closely with CEO and parent company to coordinate product highlights across digital efforts to ensure a cohesive messaging across all digital marketing vehicles Casting influencers based on brand”s budget and influencer”s rate, preparing the campaign, negotiating rates, contract management Coordinating all influencers giveaways to launch cross functional digital promotions Creating newsletters Updating websites, with strong focus on SEO Coordinating all PR interactions Managing photoshoots Possibly promoting the company”s products at a local store one day per week Possibly managing a trade show/consumer show booth Basic IT troubleshooting nn n nn nn Requirements:nn Extremely detail-oriented self-starter and numbers person Able to work independently as well with a team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

3+ years of experience with Digital or Online Marketing and Web Analytics Google Ads certified Experience in digital marketing for a consumer goods company Experience effectively managing and optimizing Paid Social Advertising strategy & campaign implementation Experience analyzing digital performance metrics (e.g.

conversion rate, click-through rate) Knowledge of Email Marketing Programs and Email Service Providers Knowledge of consumer behavior and how to apply in the realm of digital marketing Knowledge of the affiliate space and how to execute an affiliate marketing strategy Bachelor”s degree required in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields) Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PDF/Outlook + Photoshop + Illustrator Eager-to-learn attitude Analytical and creative skills nn n nn nn Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:nn nn Travel by air and overnight, as required 5% amount of time, to exhibit at trade shows and consumer eventsnn nn Lifting and/or bending 1-30 lbs amount of weightnn nn n nn nn Salary: $55knn nn n nn nn Benefits: fully paid medical and dental insurance, iPhone, vacation, employee discount.nn nn n nn nn This role is based in San Diego.
